The buyer will have five business days to inspect the artwork. If they have any concerns regarding the painting they will send an e mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within the five business day from the time of receipt of the painting. After the five day inspection period, if no notice is received from the buyer, Luna Arts will release the appropriate payment to the seller. After this time period, the buyer and the seller agree that Luna Arts will not be held responsible for any concerns, disputes or problems arising from this transaction.
Please note that we will not entertain any return request just because you didn’t like it. Only request it when artwork received is very much different than images uploaded on our website or artwork is damaged.
Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Luna Arts on returned items.
If your return request mail is accepted, we will post a credit to your account within 5 - 10 business days from the time that we receive the product(s).
However, the unsatisfactory condition will only be covered for damaged or spoilt condition, and NOT because the buyer did not like the artwork that they have purchased.
Paintings will be delivered to the Buyer directly by the Artist therefore Luna Arts is in no way responsible for the condition of the paintings at any point in delivery process. If there be any damage to the paintings in transit then Buyer should informed Luna Arts immediately. All damaged products should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The buyer must write to Luna Arts with the photographs of the damage and an email specifying the damage.
No Return Policy for artworks delivered outside India. Buyers from outside India can request for additional high quality images or any kind of information before they place an order. Be very sure before you place any order of our artworks.
If your shipment is lost which is very rare, only in the case we will offer full refunds irrespective of the delivery location.
You can write an email to us for cancellation request for your order within 5 hours of placing your order. We would not be able to cancel request raised post 5 hours of ordering.
