Placing an order on Luna Arts means an irreversible acceptance of the purchase once the shipment has been made by the Artist or if the artwork is in transit.

When an original work of art is sold, Luna Arts acts as a third party vendor in the transaction. When a buyer clicks on the option to purchase a painting, Luna Arts is notified, and will act as an intermediary between the buyer and the seller.

If there is any damage to the paintings in transit then Buyer should inform Luna Arts immediately.

The buyer must write to Luna Arts with the photographs of the damage and an email specifying the damage.

The buyer will have five business days to inspect the artwork. If they have any concerns regarding the painting’s authenticity or any other issue, they will send an email to contact@lunaartsonline.com .After the five day inspection period, if no notice is received from the buyer, Luna Arts will release the appropriate payment to the seller. After this time period, the buyer and the seller agree that Luna Arts will not be held responsible for any concerns, disputes or problems arising from this transaction.

If a Buyer's return request is accepted, we will post a credit to the buyer's account within 5 - 10 business days from the time that we receive the product(s). Each return is credited in the same manner as payment. For example, if you have paid for your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to that card.

However, the unsatisfactory condition will only be covered for damaged condition, and NOT because the buyer did not like the artwork that they have purchased.
